Cloutus may use third-party platforms or tools (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Stripe) as part of our workflow. We are not responsible for issues caused by those platforms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cloutus is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. While we strive for excellence, we make no guarantees regarding platform performance (e.g., reach, engagement).

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any revised terms.
